If I'm unhappy, can I return my products?

If you are unhappy with your product you have 7 days to return it, first send an email to detailing why you wish to return the product. From there we will assess the validity of the reason and send a return address. Once the product has been returned it is assessed and a refund or exchange is sent out.

My product is faulty, can I receive a refund or exchange?

Yes, we offer exchanges for all faulty products.

How can I track my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

Then, when your order is on its way, you’ll receive another email from the courier with your tracking number. Use this tracking link to follow your order's journey.
