How does it work?

  • Step 1: Idea

    Submit your idea - whether it's a drawing, photo, or a conceptual spark.
    Share every detail, no matter how small or extensive, via the enquiry form below.
    Following your submission, we'll promptly connect via email or schedule a meeting to initiate the creative journey.
    Once your idea is confirmed, we'll provide a quote. Upon client approval, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to proceed with the project.

  • Step 2: Design & prototype

    After grasping your idea, budget, and timeline, our team initiates the 3D model creation.
    Through budget-aligned revision stages, you can fine-tune the model to your preference, bringing your dream product to life.
    Once the final model is agreed upon, a prototype print is executed, ready to be shipped to you at your expense.

  • Step 3: Production

    Once you approve the final model, select your preferred colors and quantity within the agreed budget.
    Complete the remaining 50% deposit, enabling us to send the model to our print farm for production and subsequent shipping to you.

Can I customize any product on the Belfi website?

Sadly no, custom creations was created to allow you to bring your own ideas to life, not to change or alter our existing product range.

What material will my idea be made from?

We use Polyterra PLA, depending on your budget you may choose any colour from their catalogue.

Additionally depending on the part, we may decide to use Resin 3D printing or casting, allowing us to use slip and lost-wax casting techniques to create your ideas in metal, resin and even ceramic.

How long does it take to receive a custom order?

The processing time for custom orders varies based on the complexity of the design and our crafting process. Rest assured, we prioritize quality over speed.

Are there any restrictions on the level of customisation?

While we encourage creativity, we still need to operate in the realm of reality.

We will do our best to bring your ideas to life as you had them, however some things might have to change to fit your budget and the process of 3D printing.

Can I make changes to my design after placing the order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made. We recommend carefully reviewing your design during the preview phase.

What happens if I receive a custom product that doesn't meet my expectations?

Belfi is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your custom creation doesn't meet expectations, please reach out to our support team, and we'll work to find a resolution.
